Registration and Housing Information

Registration deadline: April 30

All participants must register prior to the workshop. The early registration deadline is Friday April 30. Please be sure to meet this deadline in order to avoid the $50 late-registration penalty and to insure dorm-room availability.

Domestic registrants must register by mail and pay by personal check. In this case, the envelope must be postmarked by Saturday May 1 to meet the deadline. International registrations can be done by fax and credit-card payment.

Registration options

Single ($280): Three nights in single dorm room (see housing details) including breakfasts.
Double ($250): Three nights in shared dorm room (see housing details) including breakfasts.
Student ($170): Same as "Double", but discounted for students.
Local ($125): No lodging is included. (Appropriate both for "commuters" and for participants who choose to stay in a hotel at their own expense.)

The fee for a "Single" registration is waived for invited speakers. All forms of registration include:

Program materials.
Admission to the reception Thursday evening, May 27.
Three lunches, Friday-Sunday May 28-30.
Parking privileges.

There will be a conference banquet on Saturday evening, May 29. Attendance is optional but strongly recommended. Conference funds are being used to subsidize the banquet, but a $25 co-pay ($15 for students) is required to be paid with registration.

and follow the instructions on the form. US participants will need to pay the registration fee via personal check and send the registration form by regular mail. A credit-card registration option is provided for foreign participants only; in this case, registration by FAX is recommended.

Housing details

All dorm rooms are air-conditioned. Lodging is for the three nights of Thursay May 27, Friday May 28, and Saturday May 29. We expect to arrange checkout after lunch on Sunday May 30 .

Participants wishing to lodge at their own expense in area hotels should choose the "Local" registration option. See here for information about area hotels.

We regret that dorm housing cannot be extended beyond the scheduled three nights of the workshop for participants arriving early or leaving late. If you need extended housing, please make your own arrangments in one of the area hotels.

Late registration and cancellation policy

The early registration deadline is Friday April 30. Registrations received after this date will be charged a $50 late registration fee.

The last day for receipt of registrations for dorm housing is Wednesday May 12. After this date, only "Local" registrations will be available.

Cancellations received after Wednesday May 12 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration amount.
