Instructions for Poster Preparation

Posters should conform to the following portrait-oriented dimension limits:

We are sorry that we advertised these limits rather late. If you have already prepared a poster that exceeds the width limitation, we can accommodate it, but we may have to place your poster out of sequence relative to the order published in the program of posters appearing in the program book.

Most posters will be mounted by attaching four velcro pads to the back and using these to attach to a velcro-ready surface. The velcro pads are the kind with a peelable adhesive surface on one side and velcro on the other side. The attachment to the back of the poster is more or less irreversible; we hope this is not a problem.

If your poster consists of multiple 8.5x11 sheets, we may ask you to attach these to a single poster board (provided by us) using double-sided sticky tape (again, an irreversible process), so that it can then by mounted in the same way as the other posters.
